POLICIES + FAQ'S

How It Works

Party Crew takes care of it all! Each party includes tents, mattresses, sheets, decorative pillows and throw blankets for your guests. Themed decorations are picked perfectly to match your party. Balloon clusters can be added to each tent for an additional fee.


Party Crew takes care of set up and breakdown of the party.  Set up begins at 10AM on the day of the party. Breakdown begins at 10AM the day after the party. Unless alternate times have been confirmed.  

PREPARING FOR YOUR EVENT DATE

Please ensure the party location is clean and clear prior to Party Crew's arrival. Our team is not able to assist in moving furniture to clear the space for your event rental.


Set up works best when the Party Crew works their magic for a surprise reveal of the sleepover. Please keep all children and pets clear of the party area during set up.​

All items are washed and sanitized between rentals. Please ask each guest to bring a sleepover pillow for additional sanitization purposes. 


We adore our furry friends, but we ask they are out of the event space during set up to ensure safety and efficiency. In addition please ensure the party space is clear of pet hair prior to the Party Crew arriving. 

Liability

Once the Party Crew equipment has been set up we accept no liability for any accidents, personal injuries or loss of property. 

Safety Note

The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission has advised children under the age of 15 months not be allowed on air mattresses. Doing so poses a risk of suffocation to the infant. 

Damages

As a small business even the slightest damage to an item impacts us. In an effort to help minimize damage charges please see our best practices below. 


• Avoid standing and jumping on mattresses

• Eating and drinking is best done off of mattresses, sheets, pillows and blankets.

• Keep pets off party crew rental items

• Ensure all markers, nail polish, makeup or other products that may stain are not handled in the event space. 


We take careful measures to guarantee the quality of our rental inventory to every client without having to raise our rental rate. We will always do our best to avoid damage charges to a customer. Should damages occur a charge equal to the replacement item will be discussed with the client.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

A non refundable $100 deposit is needed to confirm your party date. Please note, no party date is finalized until the deposit has been received. 


The remaining party balance must be paid in full one week prior to your party date. If the balance is not paid by this time, your party may be subject to cancellation without a refund on any amount paid toward the party, including the initial $100 deposit. 


Please be aware that we are not able to refund for canceled guests within 48 hours of the party date.


Please use our cancellation policy as a measure to ensure notification to us of any party changes or cancellations as soon as you are able. We understand that life happens, and are always happy to reschedule your party to another date based on our availability. 


If the Party Crew  must cancel your party for an unforeseen reason you will receive a full refund. Consisting of the $100 deposit and any amount previously paid towards your balance.
